BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE to secure your slot. This fee is DEDUCTED FROM your FINAL BALANCE.
REMAINING BALANCES CAN BE PAID by CASH OR CARD.
LATE ARRIVALS
please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, your appointment may be cancelled.
Please message me if you’re running late so I can do my best to accommodate you.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS
cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a new booking fee to secure another appointment.
No-shows may be restricted from future bookings.
CLIENT CONSULTATION
NEW CLIENTS must COMPLETE A CONSULTATION FORM BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT. The form is attached to the confirmation email and is required for skin safety.
Returning clients should update their form only if any medical details change.
GUESTS & CHILDREN
For your comforT,Privacy and safety, additional guests and children are not permitted in the treatment room.
WAXING ON MENSTRUAL CYCLE
You’re welcome to attend your appointment while on your period, as long as an internal product (e.g. tampon or menstrual cup) is used and hygiene is maintained.
